Technology has made it possible for nonprofits and small organizations to do things that once required large budgets, specialized staff, or outside agencies.

In this practical session, Eric Parent will share affordable and accessible tools that organizations can use right now to improve their marketing, communications, content creation, productivity, and day-to-day operations.

We’ll look at real-world uses for tools like ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, Google’s suite of tools, website platforms, call tracking, automation, and more. More importantly, we’ll talk about how to choose the right tools and actually put them to work without adding more complexity to your organization.

The goal is for everyone to leave with several practical ideas they can immediately use to save time, stretch their budget, and make a bigger impact.


Eric Parent is the founder and CEO of Next Level Digital Media & Marketing, a Space Coast-based marketing company that helps businesses and organizations use technology, strategy, and digital marketing to grow.

Eric works with organizations throughout Brevard County and beyond on marketing strategy, websites, advertising, SEO, automation, and the practical adoption of AI tools. He is especially passionate about finding practical, accessible ways to help small teams accomplish more without adding unnecessary complexity or cost.
