Please join us for the 2026 Community Leadership Retreat - ONE SPACE COAST: Planting Seeds for a Unified Community. The Space Coast Chamber's annual retreat brings together leaders from business, healthcare, housing, government, nonprofits, and community organizations to strengthen collaboration across Brevard County. Featuring keynote speakers, executive panels, and collaborative sessions on Space Coast priorities—plus networking, receptions, shared meals, and full accommodations—the retreat engages 125+ participants in high-level strategy and connection. 
Board members, business and community leaders, and key stakeholders will gather for a two-day experience of strategic conversations and learning in a distraction-free, coastal setting. And because some of the most valuable outcomes of our annual retreat come from connection and camaraderie, we encourage you to join us for the full retreat and bring a guest for the evening festivities. The retreat package includes hotel accommodations (1-night), self-parking, Thursday welcome reception, Friday breakfast, lunch, snacks, evening reception and gala dinner, and Saturday breakfast.
