Please join us for the 2026 Community Leadership Retreat - ONE SPACE COAST: Planting Seeds for a Unified Community. The Space Coast Chamber's annual retreat brings together leaders from business, healthcare, housing, government, nonprofits, and community organizations to strengthen collaboration across Brevard County. Featuring keynote speakers, executive panels, and collaborative sessions on Space Coast priorities—plus networking, receptions, shared meals, and full accommodations—the retreat engages 125+ participants in high-level strategy and connection. 

This year’s retreat will focus on three pillars--Business, Health, and Housing--with an outstanding group of panelists and speakers. We’re also excited to feature two keynote speakers: Mark Wilson, President & CEO of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, and Carol Cox of Speaking Your Brand. 

Board members, business and community leaders, and key stakeholders will gather for a two-day experience of strategic conversations and learning in a distraction-free, coastal setting. And because some of the most valuable outcomes of our annual retreat come from connection and camaraderie, we encourage you to join us for the full retreat and bring a guest for the evening festivities. All inclusive retreat packages include hotel accommodations, self-parking, Thursday welcome reception, Friday breakfast, lunch, snacks, evening reception and dinner, and Saturday breakfast.
