Our October TAAD, presented by Northrop Grumman and hosted at the Sands Space History Center, brings together three distinctive voices shaping the Space Coast’s future: James Hinds, Vice President, Space Program Management, Airbus U.S. Space & Defense ; Megan Lewis DaSilva, New Glenn Launch Director at Blue Origin; and internationally recognized FIne Artist Derek Gores. Together, they’ll explore the people, ideas, technology and culture influencing what comes next for our region, from launch and defense to creativity, placemaking and the experience of living and working on the Space Coast.

The Space Coast Chamber’s TAAD Initiative unites and propels Florida’s Space Coast innovation ecosystem by connecting leaders across technology, aerospace, aviation, and defense. Through curated gatherings, thought leadership, and rotating host experiences with local industry leaders, TAAD creates authentic connection to people, ideas, and opportunity—fueling collaboration, talent retention, coopetition, and industry growth. Twice a year, TAAD Talks will be open to the full Chamber membership and the public.
